UK SHIPPING UPDATE
We DO ship to Northern Ireland but we are NOT currently shipping to the England, Scotland, Wales or Channel Islands
DELIVERY
PARCELS:
We use Fastway Couriers to deliver parcels to Ireland & Northern Ireland. Parcel Shipping to Ireland is FREE when you spend over €70 and delivery costs €7 - €15 (depending on size) for orders under this amount. See the table below for more detail.
FURNITURE:
For items of furniture, we offer a man and van delivery service, which costs €70 within the island of Ireland. Some orders are charged at €140 (or more) depending on the quantity of furniture ordered.

PACKAGING
Sustainability is at the core of our business and we aim to minimise our waste by re-using packaging from our suppliers as much as possible.
We use as little plastic as possible and only re-use bubble wrap from our supply chain as opposed to purchasing it for packing.
We source plastic-free packing alternatives to protect fragile and breakable items in transit.
We use compostable mailers, acid free tissue paper and biodegradable packing tape. We will continue to monitor and improve our efforts in this area.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thewilds.ie. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the cost of returned items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and some items of jewellery (such as earrings). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please Note: If you did not pay a delivery charge due to exceeding the threshold for free delivery and wish to return items, we must retain the delivery charge in order to cover our costs.
